Pierre Petrified Giant

The Pierre Petrified Giant was an alleged petrified corpse, supposed to have been the remains of a Native American, that was claimed to have been excavated in the Badlands of South Dakota during 1892, described in a brief press notice as having been brought to Pierre, South Dakota by an unidentified "party of cowboys". No further information has been found regarding the claim at this time.
