Mon-Ka (or Kadar Mon-Ka) is a Space Brother, first represented to the public as a Martian contact by a group including Robert W. Anderson, Richard Miller, and Gabriel Green, who publicised this contact had been made via a series of recordings that Miller claimed had spontaneously been imprinted on tape in sealed canisters. Subsequent the release of the Miller's recordings, Mon-Ka was channelled and elevated in rank by various associate contactees, being invested by some as a Commander in the Ashtar Command, made Protector of Planet Earth, and hailed as Kadar (leader) of the Solar Tribunal of Saturn.
