Hilarion is an Ascended Master, Brother of the Emerald Ray, who has been ranked as a member of Ashtar Command by contactees.[1] He is considered one and the same as Master Hilarion, a member of the Great White Brotherhood described by Theosophists and the "I AM" Movement.
