Prisoners are kept on the medication and therapeutic stimulation to maintain their acceptable behavior for 40 days. Afterward, complete behavioral shifts are permanent after 40-50 days. Prisoners then become Null Patients, where they are kept under federal care as mental defects./n After ten years and handling 845 prisoners, the NCS prison wing was closed in 2007.
