William Penn Patrick (March 31, 1930 - June 9, 1973) was an American multi-level network marketer who operated Holiday Magic, a cosmetics distribution franchise company, and held an ownership stake in Alexander Everett's Mind Dynamics seminar company in addition to founding his own Leadership Dynamics seminar company, all three businesses being operated as an interconnected unit. Patrick's business model with Holiday Magic, broadly characterised as a pyramid scheme, served as an example for Glenn W. Turner's Koscot Interplanetary and William E. Bailey's Bestline Products.
