Holiday Magic was a cosmetics distribution franchise company based in San Rafael, California, founded in the 1960s by William Penn Patrick, a former distributor with Rich Schnackenberg and John Earl Shoaff's Nutri-Bio, whose business model of selling tiered distribution rights served as an inspiration for several similarly structured cosmetics businesses, including William E. Bailey's Bestline Products and Glenn W. Turner's Koscot Interplanetary.

The initial offerings of Holiday Magic were acquired from a bankruptcy buyout of the cosmetics manufacturer Zolene.
