The Society for the Investigation of Human Ecology (SIHE; later simply the Human Ecology Fund) was a research grant provider, founded by Harold Wolff of Cornell University's Psychiatry Department in 1955,[1] financed by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (via QKHILLTOP, and later MKULTRA / MKCOTTON).
