Project MKCOTTON was a U.S. Central Intelligence Agency program, likely operating under the aegis of Project MKULTRA (as Subproject #60) before being re-organised as an independent project.[1] The research work of MKCOTTON reportedly focused on human ecology, the project acting as financier to the Society for the Investigation of Human Ecology.
