David Wardlaw Scott (June 4, 1823 - April 13, 1901) was a Scots-born Congregationalist minister, poet, and author, noted in Zetetic circles for his final book Terra Firma, in which he attempted to demonstrate the Earth is not a planet but a plane on a largely Scriptural basis.
