Ancient Band

The Ancient Band is, according to the Spiritualist mediums who claimed to channel them, a collective of spirits who were said to represent peoples living from the late Paleolithic Age to more modern times, led by an Old Atlantean called Yermah, the Chief of the Band, Adehl the "Hindoo Necromancer", and Arbaces, an Egyptian priest and contemporary of the Biblical Moses. They were first represented to the public by James Cooper, became the subjects of clairvoyant "spirit art" by Wella P. and L. Pet Anderson, and were eventually channelled by Leonard Herbert Nason (with translations of their words provided psychometrically by Cooper).
