Sand Cure

Sand Cure is a treatment for indigestion and constipation that involves the routine consumption of a hard, brown silica sand (formulated and sold as Windsor Sand) "to give the stomach grit wherewith to digest food," promoted by William Windsor (of Vitosophy fame), to be taken in conjunction with recommended dietary regimes linked with the cold-electric or warm-magnetic state of the stomach.
