Project QKDEMON (also known as UMPIRE and EDUCATOR) was a U.S. Central Intelligence Agency program, active through the late 1940s and early 1950s, which was engaged in anti-Soviet psychological warfare, particularly the production and dissemination of propaganda in both print and radio mediums.
