Project QKACTIVE was a U.S. Central Intelligence Agency program, active through the 1950s and 60s, which was engaged in anti-Soviet activities, including the financing of anti-Bolshevist organisations, such as the The American Committee for the Liberation of the Peoples of Russia (ACLPR, AMCOMLIB), Radio Free Europe (Radio Liberty), the Institute for the Study of the USSR (BGCALLUS), and others.
