Purpose Biochemical research

Project MKDELTA was a U.S. Central Intelligence Agency program, established in October 1952, for the purpose of evaluating "the use of biochemicals in clandestine operations."[1] It was succeeded in early 1953 by Project MKULTRA (for research into means of behavioural modification and mind control), and Project MKNAOMI (for lethal substances research).
