Paul Maurice Vest (August 9, 1906 - March 5, 1983) was an American civil servant and writer. Vest is best known in ufology circles for his series of articles with Orfeo Angelucci, published in Ray Palmer's Mystic Magazine in 1953 and 1954.

In the 1930s, Vest published a series of short melodramatic stories through the McClure Newspaper Syndicate, including titles like $25,000, Cupid's Calories, and Green Chiffon.
