Khauga of Mars

Khauga is (or was) the Martian chief Uniphysicist of our Solar System, according to the reports of contactee William Ferguson, founder of the Cosmic Circle of Fellowship. Per Ferguson, Khauga wore a psionic-type helmet and cream coloured robes with gold trim, the apparent uniform of the Uniphysicists, and, presumably, like all his fellow Martians, had reddish skin and shoulder length red hair, broad facial features, and stood approximately a foot shorter than the average human.
