Emil Sepic (October 10, 1908 - July 13, 1998) was an American catastrophist who published and promoted several editions (from 1960 through 1995) of his booklet The Imminent Shift of the Earth's Axis, in which he predicted global instability in weather patterns and other major earth changes resulting from an axial shift caused by polar displacement.
