Oliver Napoleon Hill (October 26, 1883 - November 8, 1970) was an American salesman and author, widely known for his book Think and Grow Rich (1937), a self-help book professedly based on the methods of Andrew Carnegie (1835-1919), steel magnate and philanthropist.
