Mark Raymond Harrington (July 6, 1882 - June 30, 1971) was an American archaeologist long associated with the Southwest Museum of the American Indian in Los Angeles, California. Harrington was noted for his excavations of ancient Pueblo sites, including of the Lost City of Pueblo Grande de Nevada in the Moapa Valley of Nevada, which was ultimately engulfed by Lake Mead, an artificial reservoir that was formed by the Hoover Dam in 1935.
