Chizuko Mifune

Chizuko Mifune (御船千鶴子; July 17, 1886 - January 19, 1911) was a Japanese clairvoyant who was the subject of experiments conducted by Tomokichi Fukurai beginning in 1910. Mifune was claimed to have initially gained her psychic ability in response to a hypnotic command given by her brother-in-law, Takeo Kiyohara, in 1903, and later to have developed the ability to heal others among other allied powers.
