William Guy Carr (June 2, 1895 - October 2, 1959) was an Anglo-Canadian naval officer who served during the First World War in the Royal Navy Submarine Service and the Second World War in the Naval Service of Canada and the Canadian Intelligence Corps. After his military service, Carr wrote and lectured extensively on a conspiracy of the Illuminati or the Synagogue of Satan, including the Freemasons and the international bankers, specifically the Rothschilds and Rockefellers, with origins being traced to the likes of Albert Pike and Giuseppe Mazzini, who laid a global framework for the bringing about of Three World Wars.
Through the last years of his life, Carr was a leader of the Canadian-based National Federation of Christian Laymen.
