Serge Monast (1945 - December 5, 1996) was a French Canadian novelist, poet, and essayist most well-known for his claims regarding Project Blue Beam, a secret project he proposed had the aim of producing technologies that would enable the false simulation of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ as part of a global effort to introduce a new, controlled religion.
