McElwaine (May 17, 1948 - February 12, 2008) was a Usenet personality and "known kook,"[1] noted for his stylistic capitalisation of key terms and phrases in his unusual posts on a variety of subjects, including free energy, extraterrestrial contact, the hollow earth, and other related matters.
