Ralph Dale Herrick (March 20, 1922 - January 1, 2013) was an American taxidermist, popularly held to be the co-originator of the jackalope (with his brother Douglas Herrick), mounts of which he mass-produced and sold through retail outlets across the American Midwest through his company, Herrick's Big Horn Taxidermy.
