Ralph A. Simpkins

Ralph Arlonis Simpkins (January 5, 1907 - October 16, 1959) was an American inventor and entrepreneur. Simpkins was reported to have been working on a perpetual motion machine in early 1929, an invention described as "the pride of his heart," when he was arrested over a grocery store robbery at Omaha, Nebraska.
