Roger Phillip Graham (February 20, 1909 - March 2, 1966), more commonly known by his nom-de-plume Rog Phillips, was an American writer, a contributor to many magazines, including most of the periodicals edited by Ray Palmer from Amazing Stories to Search Magazine.
