Philip Schneider (April 23, 1947 - January 11, 1996) was an American conspiracy lecturer who claimed involvement in the construction of thirteen deep underground facilities, including the Dulce Base, a military base alleged to exist near Dulce, New Mexico, where he stated he had been suffered injuries from an alien beam weapon in 1979 during an incident involving grey aliens skirmishing with their American counterparts following a misunderstanding.
