Otis James Briggs (December 26, 1892 - March 20, 1969) was an American chiropractor, notably an organiser of several chiropractic colleges and mail-order schools, including the Central Scientific College of Indianapolis, the College of Drugless Physicians, and the American Occult College, for which efforts he was prosecuted as an operator of diploma mills by Indiana authorities.[2]
