Orion Eckley Darnell
From Kook Science
Orion Eckley Darnell is the main character in the novel Orion by Gail Brewer-Giorgio, a book stated to be partially based on the research and beliefs of Gene Arthur regarding the supposedly faked death of Elvis Presley (though Brewer-Giorgio denied Arthur had any involvement in writing of the book). The character was reported as having been the basis for the persona of masked musician and Elvis impersonator Orion (Jimmy Ellis), who was suggestively promoted by his label Sun Records as Elvis Presley resurrected.
