Lehmann William "Bill" Simpson Hisey (June 5, 1902 - November 4, 1998) was an American businessman, author, and lecturer.
From the 1930s through the 1940s, following the repeal of the 18th Amendment by the United States, Hisey was active in the Temperance movement as a leader of the American Businessmen's Prohibition Foundation and the Scientific Education Association of California. In his later years, from the 1960s onward, Hisey was more publicly involved in esoteric pursuits, authoring books including Keys to Inner Space (1974) and lecturing on everything from Eastern religion to the Tarot.

Publisher inner-flap text. "Keys to Inner Space gives the reader answers to questions about deep meditation, hypnosis, the truth and mystery of the Tarot, the secret of rhythmic breath, the teachings of Gurdijeff, the Tao and Zen Buddhism, the levels of an LSD experience, the key to one's own astrological color and musical note, and finally an understandable explanation of the Chakras and the Seven Seals. Never before have these subjects been so coherently explained and so realistically described. The second part of Keys to Inner Space is a fascinating account of the life after death related through the deep-trance medium Mark Probert of the Kethra E'Da Foundation, reproduced and documented from actual tapes. More vital and far reaching than the other "Keys" to inner space is the unbelievably vast knowledge of science, outerspace beings, teleportation, spiritual wisdom and prophecies that come through from the entity, E Yada di Shi'ite, a representative of a civilization that existed 500,000 years ago. He is one of the most articulate and developed entities to ever appear and connect with mankind in known history. His vast knowledge of science, wisdom and his flow with the transcendental are so convincing that the most hardened skeptics must give serious thought to his teachings and prophecies. All in all here is a limitless well for the new seeker of greater awareness as well as for those who are highly developed and more at home in the world of the metaphysical and the transcendental."
