The Inter-Continental Aerial Research Foundation (ICARF) was a Wisconsin-based ufology organisation with local "divisions" operating in other states across the United States of America. According to the foundation, it was "strictly a research organisation, endeavoring to establish Observer Posts and Filter Centers throughout the entire free world."[1]
