Hugh Mansfield Robinson (September 2, 1865 - December 23, 1940) was an English attorney (solicitor), town clerk, and apparent telepathist who claimed to be in contact with Martians, particularly Oomaruru, a Martian woman, via both conventional wireless and psychic methods of communication.
