Harold Saxton Burr

Harold Saxton Burr (April 18, 1889 - February 17, 1973) was an American anatomist who proposed an Electro-Dynamic theory of human development, and researched the L-Field, his designation for the human bio-electric field, measurable using a standard voltmeter.
