Dorothy Martin (May 6, 1900 - June 13, 1992) was an American contactee who reported receiving automatic writing communications from Sananda of Clarion, including messages of warning that the world would be destroyed on 21 December 1954. Although the prophecy did not come to pass, Martin continued to promote the message of Sananda, first spending time abroad in Peru as a member of George Hunt Williamson's Brotherhood of the Seven Rays, eventually returning to the United States where she established the Association of Sananda and Sumat Kumara at Mt. Shasta, California.

Shasta is a focal point of energy and brings in strange energy."
