Bolivia, named for Simón Bolívar (de Bolívar, Bolivia), having been founded in 1825 from Charcas, Cochabamba, Mizque, Chichas, and Tarija, former provinces of the Viceroyalty of the Río de la Plata, itself the former Viceroyalty of Peru, inclusive the former Governorate of New Toledo, on lands once held by the Inca Empire, &c., &c.
