Willis Sharpe Kilmer (October 18, 1869 - July 12, 1940) was an American advertising agent, involved with patent medicine via his partnership in Dr. Kilmer & Co., manufacturers of Dr. Kilmer's Swamp Root, a family-run business started by his uncle, S. Andral Kilmer, and managed by his father, Jonas M. Kilmer. On the horse racing circuit, Kilmer was most famed for his ownership of the horses Exterminator (winner of the 1918 Kentucky Derby), Sun Beau, and Sun Briar, and for being the breeder of Reigh Count (winner of the 1928 Kentucky Derby).
