William Ernest Kullgren (May 20, 1885 - November 15, 1966) was an English-born motelier, publisher, and astrologer, noted as a member of William Dudley Pelley's Silver Legion (though later denouncing Pelley's inefficacy as a leader), and for his combination of astrological prediction and anti-government (British and American), anti-Semitic pamphleteering in the years leading to, and during, the Second World War, which led to his, along with others, being indicted by the United States on wartime sedition charges[2] (subsequently dismissed).
