Reginald "Rex" Sindar M. Dutta (July 11, 1914 - Aug. 1989) was an English veterinarian interested in Theosophy and Ufology, lecturing and writing on both subjects. Dutta was quoted as supposing "there have been an estimated one billion sightings and four million actual contacts between spacemen and earthlings in the last 40 years" in his later years.
