Project Hermes (telepathic instrument)

(Redirected from Project Hermes)
The Project Hermes device is an instrument for telepathic transmission, described by Ralph Merridette Holland (Resh-Mem-Heh) as a "reproduction of an ancient communication instrument" (comparable to Richard Shaver's telaug) that could be used for mental communication with other living beings as well as "entities on other planes, if properly tuned."[H] Holland reported that his circuit design for the device was based on information he had received from the spirit of Nikola Tesla.
