Paul Wellmer (c. 1946) is an American man who reported himself to be an extraterrestrial of TaoPao (in the Sirius star system) origin called Nommos (c. 1918), claiming that he "inhabited" the body of the child Paul Wellmer on 18 June 1946 following the destruction of the spaceship Monitor by centipede-like beings.
