Nutrimetics
From Kook Science
Nutrimetics (portmanteau of Nutritional Cosmetics) is a cosmetics distribution franchise company, founded in 1959 by Mulford J. Nobbs, acquired in 1991 by Bill and Imelda Roche, operators of the Australian subsidiary from 1968 where it had become the largest direct-selling outfit in that country, who, in their turn, sold the concern to Sara Lee Corporation in 1997, which sold it along to Tupperware in 2005. The showcase product of Nobbs' Nutrimetics was Nutri-Rich Oil, an apricot kernel oil, originally claimed to be based on the longevity secrets of the Hunzukut peoples.
