Mysteries of the Gods is an adaptation of the German documentary Botschaft der Götter, re-dubbed into English and featuring William Shatner as the narrator (hence the tagline "As Incredible as Star Trek"). The documentary details Erich von Daniken's work regarding the influence of "ancient astronauts" in mankind's history, and features the prophecies of Jeane Dixon, popular astrologer and psychic.
