The International Consolidated Chemical Co. was a Delaware corporation active in New York, founded by E. Virgil Neal, E. W. Kinkaid, and Paul S. Smith in 1919 for the purpose of manufacturing proprietary medicines. The corporation, under the management of Carl R. Byoir, was briefly the parent company of other Neal concerns, including Dae Health Laboratories and Tokalon, though the business lasted only a few years before being dissolved.
