Intercontinental U.F.O. Galactic Spacecraft Research and Analytic Network (ICUFON) is a ufology research organisation, founded in 1966 by Colman von Keviczky, which notably issued public statements and memorandum on the UFO threat and concerns the U.S. military has engaged in undeclared conflict with extraterrestrials, including via the Strategic Defense Initiative (Star Wars) program.
