Frances Swan (February 23, 1906 - May 10, 1997) was an American contactee who claimed, beginning in April 1954, that she was the channel of the entities Affa and Ponnar, commanders of extraterrestrial spacecraft (designated M-4 and L-11 respectively) that orbited Earth, receiving their messages via automatic writing.
