The Earth Protectorate and Alien Resistance Movement (ARM; or, Hostile Alien Resistance Movement) is (or was) a US-based organisation, founded by Thor Templar, which ostensibly served the goal of protecting people against aggressive extraterrestrials, partially by providing for sale "psychotronic" (or "radionic") equipment and related services, including the removal of implants and prevention of abductions.
