Dover Demon is a press name for an unknown creature of unusual appearance that was reported as having been sighted three times by local teenagers in the area of Farm Street in Dover, Norfolk Co., Massachusetts during the nights of the 21st and 22nd April 1977. According to Bill Bartlett, the first to report a sighting and who provided an illustration to police, the creature was of a vaguely humanoid-shape, some 3 or 4 feet (1-1.2 m.) in height, with rough orange or peach skin, glowing or reflective eyes, a bulbous head, and elongated limbs and digits.
