The De Groot Electro-Galvanic Regenerator is a bi-metallic belt, said to have been designed by Dr. De Groot, that was purported to be useful in the treatment of nervous ailments and sexual dysfunctions via the "conjoint action of two metals on the surface of the human body" (i.e. galvanism). It was manufactured and sold by the De Groot Electric Co. of New York.
