Alfred D. Bielek (March 31, 1927 - October 10, 2011) was an American electronics engineer, lecturer, and self-declared time traveller (via a kind of temporal transmigration backward in time, whereby his former self, Edward Cameron, became an infant Al Bielek) who claimed to have been involved with the Philadelphia Experiment and the Montauk Project.
