The Waukegan Contact Group was an Illinois-based organisation, founded by Floyd and Mary Castator, Charles Belensky, James Roepenack, Frank Papp, and Timothy Wilson in 1956. The group published the "W.C.G. Research Bulletin" beginning in April 1956, covering such varied fields as "Future Health Conceptions", "Radiations" (nuclear testing, etc.), "Communications" (via radio, light-beam), "Lost Continents", "Ancient Civilizations", "Underground Civilizations", "Mental Control" (psi), and related areas of kook interest.
